The next set of digits will indicate the series of TVs. In this case, the TV in question is a 9 Series model, more precisely the 9000. We will actually explain what it means below.
The final letter indicates a feature or design element. Specifically, the same model could have a different support or slightly different color and will have a unique final character to differentiate the patterns. Often these styling tricks are used to create "unique" patterns for certain merchants by offering them an exclusive product. This either offers more visual options to consumers, or makes them harder to choose.
Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a clear and consistent way to say, exclusively on the name of the model, whether a Samsung TV model is curved or not.
